You've never really been to Riau islands province unless you have tried gonggong (mollusca gastropoda). To served gonggong is very easy. Just boil and serve hot on plate with sambal. The art to eating gonggong is to use a toothpicks to remove a flesh of gonggong from the shell. You must try it!
