Pagoda Quan Am Tu located in Galang Island. Galang Island became a refuge of Vietnamese boat people between 1979 and 1996. This camp have a facilities that are complete enough so that like a village. And this pagoda is one of that facilities in there. And this statue of Goddes Kwan Imlocated on the outside pagoda.
